New to the Academy of Hockey at Lysander is The Players Edge.  This program is tailored for the Elite 'AA' or 'AAA' player with the intention to give serious hockey players a chance to develop their game in a setting comprised of fellow high end players. The Players Edge focuses on pushing elite caliber players out of their comfort zone.  These high tempo, high intensity camps will focus on the following areas:

• Reacting at top end speed

• Skating efficiency in all 3 zones

• Creating time and space at full speed with puck control

• Balance and body positioning

• Receiving and releasing in stride

• Finding shooting lanes

• Taking advantage of opportunities 

• Rebounds,deflections and screens
